An old fashioned bathroom with a long, narrow floor plan gains style and elegance by replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower.
The shower at the far end shortens the room and makes it therefore visually larger. To increase this effect in some solutions the wall covering inside the shower changes colour.
A: Natural colours and textured materials for a tropical feeling. Dry walls for easy displacement of the sanitary equipment and clean finishing, a large mirror to expand visually the room and camouflaged wall units for more stowage.
B: Natural feeling as well in this solution. Without the dry walls the room is effectively larger, but wall units would be disturbing. Three drop-shaped mirrors continue on the tropical thread.
C: A glamour desert mood, soft and elegant. The curved design of the dry walls, highlighted by the colour change in the alcove creates a Yin-Yang effect. The big mirror behind the wash basin and the wall unit’s glass doors make the room appear wider.
D: Soft colour tones and smooth geometric lines. Same dry wall design as in solution C but less contrasting colours, generating a charming atmosphere.
E: The rust-coloured walls change the soft mood of solution D, creating an energetic effect.
